Tämä evästekäytäntö selittää, miten Helsinki Boats (MM Experience Oy, y-tunnus 3136967-9) käyttää evästeitä ja vastaavia tekniikoita verkkosivustolla
helsinkiboats.com. Käytäntöä luetaan yhdessä
tietosuojaselosteemme kanssa.
1. Mitä evästeet ovat?
Evästeet (cookies) ovat pieniä tekstitiedostoja, jotka tallentuvat käyttäjän laitteelle (tietokone, puhelin, tabletti) sivustolla vieraillessa. Ne auttavat sivustoa tunnistamaan käyttäjän laitteen ja muistamaan käyttäjän asetuksia.
Käytämme myös vastaavia tekniikoita kuten paikallista tallennusta (localStorage, sessionStorage) ja pikseleitä (esim. Meta Pixel). Tässä asiakirjassa puhumme yksinkertaisuuden vuoksi ”evästeistä”, vaikka tekniikka olisi muu.
2. Mihin käytämme evästeitä?
Käytämme evästeitä neljään tarkoitukseen:
Välttämättömät evästeet ovat sivuston toiminnan kannalta pakollisia: ne mahdollistavat kirjautumisen, ostoskorin, lomakkeiden täyttämisen ja evästesuostumuksen tallennuksen. Näille ei tarvita suostumusta, mutta niistä on lain mukaan kerrottava.
Tilastot ja analytiikka auttavat ymmärtämään, miten sivustoa käytetään, mitä sivuja luetaan ja mitkä toiminnot toimivat. Nämä evästeet edellyttävät suostumustasi.
Markkinointi ja mainonta mahdollistavat kohdennetun mainonnan (esim. Google Ads, Meta), kampanjoiden tehokkuuden mittaamisen ja saman mainoksen toistamisen rajoittamisen. Nämä evästeet edellyttävät suostumustasi.

– kategoria: markkinointi
– Tarkoitus: uutiskirjeen seuranta (avaukset, klikkaukset). Asettuu vain, jos klikkaat Mailchimp-linkkiä.
4. Suostumus ja Google Consent Mode v2
Käytämme Google Consent Mode v2 -järjestelmää. Tämä tarkoittaa:
– Kun kieltäydyt analytiikka- tai markkinointievästeistä, Google-palvelut (Analytics, Ads) eivät tallenna evästeitä laitteellesi.
– Google saa kuitenkin anonyymejä, aggregaattimuotoisia signaaleja, joiden avulla konversiomittaus toimii rajoitetusti ilman henkilökohtaisia tunnisteita.
– Tämä noudattaa GDPR:n ja sähköisen viestinnän palveluista annetun lain (917/2014) 205 §:n vaatimuksia evästesuostumuksesta.
5. Suostumuksen antaminen ja peruuttaminen
Kun vierailet sivustolla ensimmäistä kertaa, näet evästeilmoituksen, jossa voit:
– Hyväksyä kaikki – kaikki kategoriat aktivoituvat.
– Hylätä kaikki – vain välttämättömät evästeet ovat käytössä.
– Mukauttaa asetuksia – valita yksittäisiä kategorioita.
Voit muuttaa valintaasi milloin tahansa: sivuston alalaidassa on Cookie settings-painike, josta avautuu hallintapaneeli.
Suostumuksesi tallennetaan 30 päiväksi. Sen jälkeen ilmoitus näkyy uudelleen, jotta voit vahvistaa tai päivittää valintasi.
6. Selaimen evästeasetukset
Voit hallita evästeitä myös selaimesi asetuksista. Useimmat selaimet sallivat evästeiden estämisen kokonaan tai poistamisen jälkikäteen. Huomaa, että välttämättömien evästeiden estäminen voi haitata sivuston toimintaa (esim. varauksen tekeminen ei välttämättä toimi).

7. Tietojen siirto EU:n ulkopuolelle
Osa evästeiden tarjoajista (Google, Meta, Mailchimp) käsittelee tietoja Yhdysvalloissa. Tietojen siirto perustuu **EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework -järjestelyyn** ja täydentäviin Euroopan komission vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin. Lisätietoa tietosuojaselosteessamme kohdassa 10.
8. Käytännön muutokset
Päivitämme tätä evästekäytäntöä, kun sivuston tekniikka tai palvelut muuttuvat. Olennaisista muutoksista tiedotamme verkkosivulla. Suosittelemme tarkistamaan käytännön säännöllisesti.
