Make your boating experience unforgettable with delicious food! Our chef, Karina, creates both sophisticated fine dining dishes and more relaxed finger food delights with a Finnish twist – always made from high-quality, fresh ingredients.
Choose from our classics, such as the captain's legendary Skagen, antipasto with Nordic flavors, or tapas dishes with a Finnish twist. We can also customize the menu entirely to your preferences.

• Salmon carpaccio – Thinly sliced fresh salmon, finished with a fresh dill vinaigrette, crispy fried capers and fresh cress.
• Crayfish croquettes – Golden, crispy croquette bites filled with a succulent crayfish filling, bringing with them the deep flavours of the sea.
• Seasonal pickled vegetables – A selection of the finest seasonal vegetables, lightly pickled to add fresh acidity and crispness to the dishes.
• Classic Caesar salad – Crisp romaine lettuce paired with a rich dressing and crunchy croutons.
• Fisherman’s herring selection – A varied assortment of herring delicacies, offering traditional flavours with a modern twist.
• Chef’s Skagen – A Nordic classic where succulent prawns are combined with an elegant mayonnaise-based dressing, served on crisp bread.
• Archipelago bread with smoked butter – Dark, slightly sweet archipelago bread complemented by softly smoked butter. Main course: • Mildly smoked whitefish – Gently smoked whitefish fillet served with a silky roe hollandaise, accompanied by brown butter fried potatoes that add a nutty depth to the dish.
